By downloading or using 100 Push-Up Quest (“the app”) you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the app.
Quest provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk, and the developer is not liable for any injury or loss arising from use of the app.
Quest is offered on an auto-renewing subscription: Weekly (£1.99/week) or Yearly (£39.99/year, including a 3-day free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
